Majority of Our Review
The Best Western Diplomate gets very mixed reviews from previous guests. It is a very basic standard of hotel although the majority of staff are polite. Rooms are very basic and many comment on the noise throughout the night from the busy road outside the hotel. Not one of Geneva's better hotels.

Our guests have commented on the Hotel under the headings below. Click on a tab to see what they said ...The Best Western Diplomate Hotel is housed in an 8-storey terraced building with an attractive yellow and cream brick façade. The opulently appointed lobby has marble fittings and a dark wooden reception desk with small seating areas on either side. Each of the 46 guest rooms is individually decorated in a modern style with bold colours. The en suite bathrooms are small, but in good condition.

Hotel very basic ... Certainly not one of Genevas (or Best Westerns) better hotels....
